I We had a roof put on 5 years ago and with the recent snow storm, our roof leaked in 3 different spots. Sterling came out and said the Roofing Leaks we’re not covered under warranty. After some heated discussions, they agreed to come look at it again. Without asking, they cleaned debris off my roof (without any signature nor approval) and sent me an invoice for $250. They will not fix drywall issues in my house and said warranty (which appears to be useless anyways) is null and void if I don’t pay. I would not recommend as their are more reputable roofing companies in Cincinnati.
