Steal A Deal — its clear I’m not receiving the product

On December 15th I order 2 items, 2 Corrale cordless hair stylers, for a total of $240.32 from this company. These were Christmas gifts and with the description it states free 3-5 day shipping. That same evening I received an email saying they were shipped UPSP ground with a delivery by December 24th. On December 20th I receive another email stating my items were going to be shipped within the next ***** hours. Confused I emailed the company informing them of all the updates I received but if I was not going to get them by Christmas I would like a refund and cancel my order. On the 22nd I receive an email that I was refunded my money and the order canceled. The next day I receive another email stating my order was shipped with a delivery date by December 31st. I received 2 more emails with links for the tracking still with a delivery by the 31st. On the 31st all of a sudden it changes to delivery by January 11th. I again email them so confused and concerned as these were gifts and it felt like I was being scammed. They email me stating the item is out and offering a different product to be sent out immediately or a refund. I am not interested in the other product so asked for a refund. I have yet to receive a refund and they stopped responding to me. On their site they still have the item available with a 3-5 day delivery. Clearly they are just lying to me every emails has contained false information. I want my money back as it’s clear I’m not receiving the product.
