I was using this service to look for jobs, and while doing so a fraudulent company got ahold of my information. I contacted the company and they assured me that they no longer had my info, but I still got emails from this fraudulent company that still had my information. After this happened I wanted my account with them closed and have emailed them a few times to get them to close my account and no one has helped me or bothered to keep me updated on what is being done about the fraudulent company.
