My complaint is smart jail mail provides video visit from your home or your phone and that’s great but you have to have Adobe flash in order for your visitation to work and adobe has done away with flash back in 2020 and use to could still use on older phones but it’s impossible to find one even my computer won’t load it up…and on there site it say that chrome and Google do not allow flash or something to that manner, well how are we suppose to see our loved ones if the app and the extensions to use it don’t work…this problem need to be fixed and the facility I’m talking bout it western regional jail in Salem VA…please fix this
