On 08/21/2021, I received an email from the website stating my jailed brother messaged me. I had no issues creating my account nor with depositing $21.50 for message credits. However, later that night, my brother called me; I was unable to accept due to not having any funds deposited towards phone calls. I deposited $53 on 08/21/2021 towards my phone number via the PrePaid Collect Account. Despite removing the funds from my account immediately, the website held no record of the deposit in the transaction history. The next several days, whenever I received a phone call, I was not able to accept it without being prompted to pay over the phone – which I refused to do due to having paid previously. I left a ticket regarding the issue on 08/22/2021 (#XXXXXX), but have yet to receive a response. Due to my funds not being used the way the business claimed it would (towards receiving calls via my phone number), I would like a refund for unlawful non-delivery of a service.
