Our son is in the county jail that uses Smart Communication system. It is the only way to communicate with our son. The video visits do not connect despite repeated attempts. We are unable to see his face or hear his voice. We have contacted the company twice and have been told the same thing repeatedly, which is that they do have connection difficulties. The person was unable to explain why the equipment was not working or why it was not connecting. This has been going on for 6 consecutive days. We do not know whether the company has credited our account for each failed attempt. The company does not provide any answers or offer to investigate the problem.
