I had made an order from a Google advertisement on January 6 2021. It was shown that they only take prepaid orders due to covid 19 and I paid Rs 1297 for two pyjama sets. An email was sent saying my order was placed. After which no further emails or contact has been made. I sent them emails for a response but all in vain. I would like to get a refund and I clearly doubt that the company is a spam for taking money from people because other than an email address and an address that says it is situated in 11 Saraswati Industrial,Surat,Gujarat no contact details or anything is being given. If it is a spam the website needs to be taken down so no further people will be cheated and I’m currently looking for a refund
