Skrill — Refusal to establish access to account

I opened an account on 83122. It took several days to connect my bank thru their server . On Sept 7 I was notified the 30$ intial transfer was completed . I downloaded the app and was required to use a 6 digit pin which I had no idea what that was. Normally I use a basic set of 4 , as required , on sites like this. I had no recollection of. 6 digit pin. I contacted them and to date have not been helped to regain this number or given another means to access the funds there. I have tried different things like buy Bitcoin which I don’t even know what that is truthfully. I can access my basic page but there is no means to remove the money they have. I can use it or return it. I try to communicate and get no help. Maybe 30$ is meaningless to these people but I am elderly on a fixed income. It makes a difference to me. Now I was told last they locked my account and opened an investigation . Into what ? I asked for help? Return my money and close my account
