SkipTheDishes — Verbally abused by driver

Friday, October 1st, I ordered Popeye’s Chicken through Skip. When the driver arrived, he called me claiming he couldn’t find my condo unit in the complex and that I needed to go to the parking lot (we have 4) to find him. I told him the reason I ordered delivery was because I couldn’t leave the house. I explained how to find my unit and he responded I don’t have time for your fing s and hung up on me. A few minutes later, I heard something outside my door. When I opened the door, the driver was outside, he literally threw my food on the ground in front of me saying there’s your fing food and proceeded to walk away. When I yelled after him requesting his name and driver number he swore at me again and walked away. This was 10:30 in the evening that he was yelling profanities through my condo complex for which I received complaints. The containers of food that smashed on the ground, spilled out everywhere and was ruined. My order number was 336030827. I can no longer order from Skip while abusive people like this work for your company. I want to be reimbursed for my ENTIRE order especially the tip I gave that abusive jerk. I also feel this employees actions are grounds for terminating his employment.
