I’ve ordered McDonald’s from SkipTheDishes and with the order I ordered the putine for a friend. They oddly sent a fork without the putine, but when I tried to go on the app to refund, the guy I spoke with, a “Pardeep.S” sent me a paragraph pretty much stating “I apologize that you don’t have one of your paid for items, but that’s ok we aren’t gonna help you what do ever”. He said it’s due to a “large sum of requests for refunds when I have no recollection of them. In the past, my buddy’s could have taken my phone and done something like that, but right now im just really frustrated and the McDonald’s thing just didn’t help my day…
