I started the process of registering as a courier driver.
I uploaded my documents on their driver portal.
I received a request to perform the background check and pay for it.
I paid for the background check and passed the check successfully.
They came back to me asking for my proof of work eligibility (which was already uploaded in earlier step). They said it was declined because it had expired.
I explained to them that I already applied for renewal.
They asked me to provide proof of renewal application from government.
I provided a letter from government that states the same.
They came back and said the letter was declined.
Now my problem is why you made me pay and perform the background check if you already knew that my work proof was declined!!??!?!? I uploaded my documents and they still asked me to do the background check.
