SkipTheDishes — I want a call immediately

I order at MINIMUM 2-3 times a week for my branch, all orders range from 60-70 dollars each. Today, the delivery guy for order 9189, called me and said I’m not delivering this upstairs. On the order I always indicate 2nd floor suite 202. There is no code or anything and I never have an issue. Today, I met him on the main level because he left a message saying he refused to bring it to our office. I said, please bring it to our office and his words were no, you leave no tip and I’m leaving it in the middle of the floor right here I am thoroughly disgusted and I want an apology FROM HIM. He was using profanity when I spoke to him and there were witnesses in the lobby where he left all our food which were 5 bags. Looking at my account, I use your services excessively and I want something done about this ASAP. I will escalate this as high as I have to. Absolutely unprofessional, ignorant and disgraceful..During an epidemic, all my staffs food was sitting in the middle of a lobby floor. I want something done immediately, I don’t care what it is but escalation will be done.
