I purchased magnetic eyelashes from the website and when I received them they were not the quality I was expecting so I wanted to return them. Per the website within 30 days they will refund your purchase. I used their contact link on their website to contact them to let them know I wanted a refund. I didn’t hear back so I tried a few more times and all but gave up when they didn’t reply. I decided to give it one last try today and it finally worked. I got a response this time but now they say too much time has passed and they won’t issue a refund. Had they responded with my initial contacts I would have been in the correct time frame. I just want my refund that I should have been eligible for.
