ShopRite — Poor service

Hi. After church at 2 p.m. we went for coffee and pastries. Pastries were almost sold out …NO BAKING ANYMORE and my extra strong coffee tasted like water. Snackbar lady sent me to get my wrongly priced muffin $back, was for my senior friend. It took me 30 min. My friend 84 y. old had to wait 1 h…and I had no time to eat or drink. Bad service! Very BAD Coffee As seniors we need places were we are treated as valued costumers …we spent our $$$ there. What happened to kindness? ShopRite is not the cheapest to shop but to take bad service….maybe train your people how to interact with clients…Listen to the expert how to interact with clients. Schooling..Thank you
