Shoppers Drug Mart — Rude employee

I had called the pharmacy at 3:53 asking how long my prescription had and they said like 2 hours well I said I had work at 5 and would love to be able to pick up before work and they said okay just atleast give us the hour. The lady who was at the check out named Debora said “ yeah well that isn’t true and we never said that “ “do you know who you talk to” “it’s gonna be another hour at 5 when I came to get it “ when she walked to find this out she looked at some papers and said she says she’s gotta be to work in a snobby making fun of the fact I had to be to work. I think this was very rude and unprofessional. I get a lot of stuff sent here from my doctors as do my parents and she’s always really snobby and acts like she does enjoy her job. I would like her fired. Or atleast pentilzed
