My son bought a pair of ear buds yesterday and when he got home he realized there was no earbuds in the package. He waited until today to talk to a manager whom told him there’s nothing they can do!?! I called them, spoke with a manager who I explained very politely what happened and she says just hold a minute I’ll talk to someone that knows, she then hung up on me. I called back and someone that claimed to be a manager was very rude. I found out he’s not the manager but introduced himself as one. By this time I’m completely frustrated and demanded to talk to someone that can help. He then hung up on me. My son deserves a refund or a replacement. This is beyond horrible customer service. My son should have his money back or get a replacement
