Hello. I am a frequent shoppers drug mart customer. Today which is December 27th, 2021. I called the pharmacy at the shoppers on tecumseh and princess in windsor around 8:30am this morning. They informed me that my prescription would be delivered anytime before 6pm. Around 5:30pm I called the shoppers pharmacy curious to know when it would be delivered. They told me that their delivery driver was done for the day. I find it very ignorant and unprofessional that no one had the decency to call me and let me know that no one was going to be dropping off my medicine. This medicine helps me sleep. I dont drive, and i sometimes have a hard time walking for long periods of time. That pharmacy is very unprofessional and doesnt care about their customers!!!
