I was in that shoppers last week picking up a few things and decided to get an eye liner. The manager took it from my hand and said it stays here until you pay for it. I asked if that a new rule she said no it has always been a rule and she is the manager and can make any rules. she wants to I said she made me feel like a thief and no longer want the eyeliner. She turned and walked way. I have never been treated like that before in any store. She centered me out in front for other shoppers. Not sure if she is the manager. She is a light skinned black women with a shaved head.
