When we intended to return an item we were told it was final sale but nowhere did that show and the product had been opened, so NO return, we are stuck with this CD player and everything was there as packed originally. Her demeaning attitude from the start is a concern, as we were calm and polite she informed us we were harassing her and need to leave the store. This type of management is not supportive of company policy and will erode the customer faith and eventually loss of income for the company. As a corporate partner ( stock owner ) I can not continue with support unless clear corrections have been made in your managers training and customer understanding and that we get full refund of the item returned.
