We found out that the pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart submitted incorrect vaccine information to AHS. The vaccine paperwork is showing vaccine A but Immunization Record is showing vaccine B. When we called the pharmacy, one of the pharmacist even said “oh ****” on the phone when we mentioned about the incorrect record. We also called AHS and the nurse mentioned that whatever listed on the Immunization Record is what was reported by the pharmacy who administered the vaccine. Such a joke! So unacceptable and irresponsible! DO NOT GO TO SHOPPERS 317 7 AVE SW (Calgary) PHARMACY EVER!!! What is the best compensation? Money compensation? We are now questioning what kind of vaccine did they actually administer and we wasted 2 hours to resolve this and didn’t receive proper information.
