Asked Diana for change for my coins. She rudely told me that she goes to a bank for her change and they don’t need the customers coins. I bought Vitamins for more than $21 asked to get cash back. I ask her to give me $3 in coins. She refused, gave me the $20 bill in cash back told me to go to the bank to get change. I told her that I have a right to get coins in cash back that I have never asked them for change before. She rudely waved me away told me that she doesn’t want to hear anything from me. I told her that I would report her to head office she said go ahead. I went next Door to Sobey’s where I got the small amount of change I need from a pleasant cashier. I will go to Sobey’s in the future because they have a pharmacy as well they treat their customers properly. They should have a retraining session with Diana to ensure that she speaks properly to the customers (even if the answer is not in their favor
