Shophq.com — Yet they are still charging me for an item

Took package to post office to send back. It was scanned on the 11th of June. Made several phone calls and was told different stories every time.First story it was scanned we show it return you should get your return in 3 to 5 business days. Called again we don’t show it returned but it was scanned at the post office on the 11th of June we’ll start an investigation and you should get some forms via email explaining what you did you should get a refund soon. June 27th called again don’t know what happened we will start an investigation now. The have now taken (2) payments for an item I don’t have now. Today July 7th they are still investigating it should all be cleared up soon! Yet they are still charging me for an item I don’t have.
