The monthly fees are taken out of my bank acct prior to a statement even being processed for review. A daily deposit goes into my back act and daily fees are taken out at that time. The monthly fees are never the same and if this is how it is to be done then they should be running a month behind on fees so that they can be reviewed. I have contacted them twice regarding this issue and am never given a reason except that the statement should be ready in 2 days….3 days after money had been tasked out of my bank acct not once, but two days in a row for monthly fees. I am a small business owner just starting out about 8 months ago and I fully believe these POS systems are taking advantage of the people. What would happen if I didn’t have enough money in my act…it would overdraw me and then I would have had to pay not one but two overdraft fees. This is not right!!!!
