Posted a completely FALSE post about me, which is libel, using a picture that was taken of me as a minor without my consent. I am writing to express my deep concern and sorrow regarding defamatory and exploitive posts by the websites listed in the provided links. The content of these posts are false and defamatory. The events described never even occurred, and was fabricated by a jealous girl. I have contacted the individual who wrote it along with the individual websites and they have denied my request to remove the posts. Because I was a college student when this was written and did not have the hefty financial means, or otherwise support systems, i.e. parents, I have not been able to pay the exorbitant legal fees required to remove such a post. Since these blatantly false lies are publicly posted and appear under my name search for my name as early as the first result for all to see, including employers, family, professors, friends, etc. they have affected my relationships, psychological condition, and job prospects immensely. This post has single-handedly ruined my job prospects coming out of one of the most prestigious universities in the nation. I have even been told such is the case by prospective employers. Although I graduated from school all four years and have been fully qualified, I have been turned down for many jobs post-graduation. It is completely unjust for a complete lie to determine what I thought was once a bright future. This has ruined my life. Sites like shesahomewrecker do not verify the voracity of the content posted. However, this post about me is completely false, and a public, defamatory lie is libel, which is illegal. Moreover, using the accompanied picture taken when I was 17 (a minor) without my consent, is also illegal. You regulate businesses operating illegally. For the reasons listed above, shesahomewrecker acted illegally in not only posting, but consciously refusing time and time again to take down this illegal post. Please do not allow them to continue to not follow the law. I am requesting that the entire post about me posted originally. and removed entirely, i.e., my picture, story, comments, link, from the listed websites above that are also in violation of libel and posting a picture of a minor. It’s unethical, a security threat, and entirely illegal. Please feel free to reach out with additional questions or information you may need to resolve this issue.
