A Kazakh national living in Japan since 2000, by the name Serik Meirmanov, working as an associate professor at Ritsumeikan APU has dated multiple women, while being married with a daughter in Kazakhstan. We know at least of two young women who were deceived, dated her as a girlfriend and at least one of them was promised marriage, and both were left with a child, and are now single mothers. There may be many others because having *** is his hobby and he is a very charming and manipulative character. New wary of him, as many college students may be at risk. Please report if similar incidents have happened to you. Unfortunately, the university has taken no action against him so far.
