I akshita due to family issues had applied for jobs . I received message in whatsapp saying if I do the job I have to register paying rs6.900 for 11 months and I don’t have to pay registration fees now it will be deducted from my first month salary but later I found it was fraud and I backed out they told me to pay 6,900 immediately So I had to work .later after 10 days I get a call saying I haven’t completed the work and have to pay rs,6,900 within 30 mins then after 10 mins they said u have to pay rs 10,500 , where 3500 is legal notice charges I said I need time coz am a student they gave me time till 11a.m the next day and told me that I should pay 12,500 if I pay the next day to which I agreed and paid else they threatened me to drag me to court and police will come to my home since they have my aadhar details later after payment they told that I should pay 18,500 as section charges to court after 10 mins again I receive a call saying I should pay 26,900 within 30 mins to cancel the full 11 month registration but whereas it was clearly mentioned that the registration amount for 11months totally is 6,900 only .Hence I had paid only 12,500 then I blocked all the numbers I received calls and messages from they are still threatening and I am receiving messages that legal notice has been dispatched. Kindly help I am just a student. I don’t want refund too but please help me from the threatening calls .
