None of their services work not their Web not their app there’s nothing I can do except to keep paying outrageous prices for connection fees every time my husband calls and I’m trying to get him out and I can barely talk to him because it’s 10 bucks for 15 minutes because nothing works you know are they gonna refund me because I’m funding there whatever and they have no operators no live person whatsoever I swear an AI computer could do a better job of running that company I want J payback Jpay screwed up by merging. And I didn’t forget my password as the picture says it just won’t let me in with my password and the app is complete ****. Personally let me add up all the extra fees I’ve had to pay because I couldn’t pay their $13 fee and I have to keep paying $10 for a phone call instead of being able to pay you know the online rate and probably get 10 phone calls. But that’s wishful thinking better yet how about they fix their **** system and apologize to all these people who have been struggling for almost a year that would be awesome I would love to see a public nationwide apology and you know what maybe give all the inmates some credit I don’t know 1020 bucks and I think it’s 12.99 for their account they should give all the inmates that have a security account and their loved ones 12.99 account 1 time that’d be great. And in my consider hiring one of the inmates from the facilities they could probably make their system work. Thank you and have a good day.
