This roofing company did a mediocre job when replacing a roof on my home in September 2017. The 1st rainfall after the water and ice shield was installed and the shingles replaced, the roof began to leak through the chimney flashing, then into the fireplace in my living room. The company came back after several missed appointments and promises, to caulk around the chimney but that did not solve the issue. The next rainfall the water was rushing in again into my fireplace. I did a temporary fix in my house to stop the water from coming in. We haven’t been able to reach the company since their repair in November 2017. I had to patch a large section around the chimney with tar purchased at a hardware store myself in November 2017 to prevent any more water from flowing into my home to minimize the damage and prevent mold in the walls. The 2 phone numbers that appear on their business cards are no longer in service. The only way I was able to contact them is through their email address. I have been sending emails since November 2017 and the replies I get are very few. When they tell us that they will come over to look at the problem, they never show up. They also never call/email us to let us know when they will be coming again. After multiple emails and phone calls, the owner sent 2 workers to my home on August 24, 2018, to install flashing around the chimney. Before I let them do this, I took them up to the roof to show them what I had to do to fix the leaking problem back in November 2017. They were surprised and promised that they would come back Aug. 25 or 26 (depending on if it rained or not)to repair the entire area around the chimney by repairing any damaged sheathing/wood, installing new ice and water shield, installing a new chimney pan and flashing, and replacing the shingles. They never showed up to do the promised repairs. They left me a phone number to call them but the number has no voicemail and they never answer my phone calls(it’s been over 1 month) and over 1 year from the initial work was done.
