I made a purchase of 4 items, totaling over $200. Each item has shipped individually, the final items (most expensive) shipped on the 11th of June, tracking number has been established but no tracking information to follow along with said item. I had to reach out twice to get a reply from company asking for. Refund. Spoke with USPS and anything after 7 days of no tracking movement item is considered lost. Company refuses to refund me and is ignoring me. Purchase was made almost a month ago and they have had their money since time of purchase. However again I’m still missing most expensive item from purchase.
