I have bought a Samsung microwave oven but there was a problem with the model from day one. Samsung microwave was not able to heat the food in the middle of the microwave and customer service is very pathetic they will just say we are looking into the issue but they will do nothing. I have a very bad experience with Samsung oven and their customer service. So, please don’t go for the Samsung microwave. It was my mistake that I have taken Samsung microwave.
