Samsung — I will never recommend them

Date of transaction: ordered from Sam’s Club on 4/14/21 Amount paid: $1545.48 Long story short–matching washer and dryer delivered on 4/26/21, the washer stopped working after 1st load (constantly filled up the washer with overflow error code). After speaking to many different people at both Sam’s Club and Samsung over the course of the next week it was decided that Samsung would just send me a replacement washer that would be delivered on 5/5/21. When scheduling the pickup of the defective washer, I was told by the delivery company that they did not have a replacement yet. I called back to Samsung and was told that my replacement was scheduled to come on 5/8, not 5/5. I argued with the rep that I was told it was coming on 5/5 and asked to have a supervisor call me. I was told they would call me in 48 hours. Never called me. I did eventually get my replacement 12 days after my defective washer but worst customer service EVER. I will never recommend Samsung!!
