During deployment with the military Sam Attard and another male went into the unsecured woman’s shower room without her consent late at night. They opened up the shower curtain and tried to have *** with a married woman. Reports show the sexual harassment was reported to the military but nothing was done by them. Sam Attard left the military unpunished and later on another investigation was conducted and it was found that Sam did in fact do these things but since he got out no charges could be brought.
