Sahara Las Vegas — Employee Sexual Assault on female guests

My best friend and I returned to our room at the Sahara Las Vegas, Room 31523, and I realized I had left my phone in the taxi. I went to the lobby and the bellman assisted me in locating it. A female employee called our room and gave me details regarding the return of my phone. AFTER she called, the male bellhop came up to our room, knocked on our door and gave me the same information again. He stepped into our room and I hugged him from relief and said thank you! It was at this time that grabbed my hand and put it on his erect *****. I pulled away and he grabbed my hand again and put it on his ***** AGAIN. I then pulled away and moved out of his reach. He then walked to the door and told me to go with him. I was in shock. When he saw I was scared, he then mentioned getting us some water, left out of the room and came back with a case of water and left near the microwave. My friend and I were very disturbed by what had just happened. When the cab arrived with my phone, I quickly went downstairs to get my phone and hurried back upstairs to my room, and closed and locked the door out of fear that he would return. Once back in my room, our room phone rang three more times and there was another knock on our door. No one else knew our room number. He is the only person to have come to our door the entire stay. No one else called our room. We closed the curtains, muted the television and remained silent, unsure of what we should do next. Surveillance video and hotel phone records can verify every thing I have said here. We checked out early the next morning and filed complaints with the Sahara before leaving. We were given copies of our written statements, however, we were never once contacted again by the Sahara. We have not been informed of the outcome of our complaint, nor has anyone representing the Sahara checked on us or issued an apology on behalf of the staff or the corporation. I feel as though the Sahara failed us as guests. At the very least, the Sahara should acknowledge the fact that we were violated on the night of June 14, 2022. At the very least, acknowledge the fact that as guests, we were VIOLATED by an employee of the Sahara Las Vegas.
