RV Parts Country — Horrible Customer Service

I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. Customer service is horrible. I purchased a Dometic Refrigerator on May 28, 2020. It was delivered UPS Freight on June 10, 2020. It was never taken off the truck because I had it immediately returned due to damage. I notified the company right away and they referred me to their “returns depart”. I confirmed with UPS that it had been returned and advised the company. Let the horrible nightmare begin, as you are never able to talk with anyone. Every email I sent, requesting to cancel the order and start the refund process was met with a polite “do-not-respond” email, they will address the request in the order it was received. Stated that someone from returns would be contacting me to work out a solution. This communication repeated itself numerous times to this date and they have not once contacted me. I try to get the status of my request to cancel, always the same BS. I want to be fair, their return policy does say that a special order item, a Dometic Refrigerator can not be returned. I pointed out that it was returned due to damage, making it the perfect time to cancel the order, don’t order another just do the refund. Still no response or resolution to my request. It has been almost 8 MONTHS and still nothing. I have no recourse but to start a media company letting others know not to do business with this company. No consumer should have to go through such a horrible experience, not to mention the financial loss.
