I was involved in a slip and fall and retained Rubenstein law I sent them a video of the water in the bathroom they lost the video I gave them the name of the person who told me that the toilet was broken they lost the name when I called to complain and they’re complain phone number for client complaints the lady started arguing with me that my trial attorney is the wrong one that he should have found the evidence but Rubenstein law was my lawyer and they needed to find the evidence before the trial attorney had it now I can’t take thing to trial because I won’t win because I don’t have any evidence cuz Rubenstein law lost all my evidence I was not treated fairly they did not handle my case with care I can barely wash myself in the shower and they dropped the ball on my case so now I can’t have money for future treatments that I may need it’s not okay
