I was re-routed to Canada instead of Bermuda. Was my bday weekend first time on royal Caribbean and first time getting a balcony and could not enjoy it. Totally understand that the weather is uncontrollable but to buy clothing and be prepared for nice sunny weather and to go to cold and raining was not enjoyable at all. There was nothing that was done for everyone on this cruise trip and we all had to take what was offered or get travel credits. Why would I ever want to go back on this cruise line? I have been on other cruises where it was re-routed to nice weather not cold weather. The fact that I could not enjoy the cruise I pay for and probably was a cheaper cruise than Bermuda is not fair at all. I was not reimburse the difference it cost to sail to Canada only given back port fees and that is it? Total disappointment.
