They have been promising for over a year to fix a poor roof job they did. And have done nothing! As the roof gets worse all the time. I sent pics they agree it looks bad and promise but never in the past 10 times do a thing. They just put me off with promises. Hard to believe they even talked me into paying for extra insurance if i had a problem for after 10 years??? It was not even one year after when i first told them about this. They tried to blame my gutters which is absurd cuz they are perfect .so dont let them tell you this excuse please
