Roku — Being charged for a service for which I am not receiving

Purchased a service (television channel subscription). I immediately was unable to access channel subscription and contacted business to ask stop char Purchased a service (television channel subscription). I immediately was unable to access channel subscription and contacted business to ask my credit card not be charged. Multiple contacts with company through email with no result. My card continues to be charged 5.99 a month. I am being charged for a service for which I am not receiving.
