My grandchildren opened a Roblox account without my permission and used my credit card without permission. I keep getting weekly charges of $19.99 on 1117, $39.98 on 1122, $9.99 on1124, $19.99 on 128, $9.99 on 128, $19.99 on 129, $9.99 on 129. How can being in a chat room be so expensive??? I thought my granddaughters’ account was closed. I complained to them and they said they closed their account, but we are still getting charges. I think these charges are too expensive for a child that is 10 and the second one is 14.
