I bought a lot of bosch hand tools, last year, within 3 months, they are not charging properly, so I bought several new batteries and charging stations, they stopped working after 1 month, then I contact bosch to ask for a refund, they told me if I find the receipt they can refund me, the whole process taking 3months, then I finally sent them a receipt, then they told me to send them the machines back to inspect if they are not charging they will send me a battery, that is not acceptable, I just want a refund at the beginning, I spect over $1000, I do not expect something needs to be repaired after 3 months. they did not contact me anymore, now, that’s why I contact this website for helping, thanks a lot
