Feb 4 2022 I went to gas station to put money on riversweep kios machine I put $20 to play and then I win $380 I didn’t redeem it because I was waiting for my boyfriend to get home so I didn’t play all so around 7pm we went back to the gas station and I went to kios machine and I’m redeeming my money but it won’t let me do it o waited and waited and I call I text the number mo answer at all the gas station they gonna close 9pm I’m till trying still they didn’t redeem my money o don’t why so ok Feb 5 in the morning we went again and try try when I log in to my account my money it’s gone 0 Balance I didn’t play it my boyfriend didn’t play it we need that money to rent now I don’t know what happen I was crying I don’t know what to do anymore they can’t even help m me because they don’t know who to call please all I want if you guys can refound my money I always play and load money on the kios and it was my first winning to please can you help me please.
