made an account with epic arcade made a donation of $5 played got my winnings up to almost $700. this epic arcade said their minimal cashout was $30 and their maximum was $500 every 24 hours. i requested to redeem the maximum of $500 and they messaged back saying that i had to make more deposit to claim my winnings… it was pretty rediculous the amount they wanted $170 deposit to claim my $500 i did not have $170 that was alot of money the minimal redeem of $30 needed a $10 deposit .i argued back and forth with them for a while about how this didnt seem legit with them finally telling me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that my redeem was on que and that i would be payed immediately. after awhile no payment so i messaged again and they said to be patient about a min later they sent a message saying $40 was sucsefully redeemed. i messaged back asking why$40? they sent me a message with a screenshot with some1 elses info…and still no payment to my cashapp. then they sent me another message asking for deposit. so i sent another $5 to cover the $10. after a while i did finally receive my $30 as 2 $5 refunds and 1 $20 payout. i asked them if this extra deposit for every time i redeemed ? they told me that once my deposit met the required high deposit amount that it would be normal redeems. so i requested another $30 redeem being i had met the requirements of a $30 redeem. nope still had to make deposit again!!!! after searching the internet for an official riversweeps contact info ive emailed a couple different contact from search results and my husband found this. hopefully this gets me some help. i will be satisfied when i am payed my winnings . i played fair i expect to be treaded fair and truthfully
