River Valley Credit Union — Too Much Aggravation

Ever sense River valley had went through the update systems it has completely ruined my way of monitoring my money in my bank, I used to be able to access everything through an app and it was easy, I am no longer able to keep track of anything because every time I call I am put on hold for an hour then receive a voice mail. The app I once used has me locked out and I’m not waiting on hold for hours to get it fixed. When I do speak to someone they say they can’t help me I have to come in and i understand the privacy stuff but it’s easy enough to confirm my identity with a ss# bank account number or even address as any other business does, perviously I’ve been a good customer recently paying off a loan I had through them, and being a customer for over 5 years. I moved over an hour so it is difficult to get to a RV bank. I will be canceling my account I’m writing this review hoping no one else has to put up with this aggravation, they used to be a good bank and customer service used to be exceptional but know that if u get over draft fees that you shouldn’t have gotten they will make it completely inconvenient to solve the issue as most ppl work during banking hours or like myself live far away from one to of the locations.
