They charge me $8.99 due to i accidentally applied another card. I didn’t notice i had applied 2 card and the app wasn’t show any notification or reminder to me. After two day i open and check already deducted $8.99 from my account. I had contacted the customer service but they can’t do any refund because the card is posted to my place. I really no need the extra card and why the app never double with customer. i feel very disappointed to the company. can’t solve at all.
