There’s a reason why people do not trust Bank of America. One for having their unemployment debit cards hacked by Bank of America, then allowing people from Nigeria to steal the numbers, and then denying the actual people the claims they filed when it is their unemployment benefits. This scum bag is part of the Aholes at Bank of America. Rene Anduray works for Bank of America, and he files disputes to steal products from online merchants.
The jerk off did the same thing, bought things with a BOA credit card, and then disputed things left and right. They made the most moronic statements and acted as a legal agreement that doesn’t mean anything to him. The second he loses the dispute, he files another dispute and changes his whole story. Bank of America makes up some BS reason to allow the second dispute deliberately ignoring all the documentation that (1) they used to close the case in the merchant’s favor and (2) reopen the dispute pretending the evidence that won the merchant in the first place is mysteouirsly not there.
When you call BOA, they are complete a-holes. They will hang up the phone on you, knowing full well that they broke the law. BOA is going to be reported to the treasury department for fraud.
