Related to Mob no – [Protected]] recharged 20/- top up on 15th SEP 2021 at 7 am. I am not able to use the service. I am not able to make any call. When i contacted customer care, they are saying that top up is only valid if i have unlimited calls plans. Now my claims are. If already i have unlimited call plan then why do i need to do top up When i am doing recharge no where it was written that its only applicable if i have other plan. This is totally misleading to the customer. 20 rs is my hard earned money. if i am not able to use the service then i request them to refund it. At least in my wallet so that if ever i make other recharge i can use it. Due to covid i am really affected. 1 rs also matters me a lot. requesting you to look into it based on humanity ground not on business point of view. Thanks for your support.
