I purchased a dress after I was promised it would arrive in 3 weeks and the material of the dress. Immediately after paying shipment says in 5 weeks. I immediately cancel my order and request a refund. They never respond till days later saying a refund was refused item was processed. I receive the dress, not at all like the picture and not the material I was told. The dress was terrible. Dangling thread and beads so narrow at the ankles I couldn’t walk and it was supposed to be knee-length. Repeated requests for a refund were ignored. Weeks later I’m given an address to return and find it will cost me 62 dollars plus customs. I asked for a paid return label for a full refund or at least send the dress I originally picked on the picture. The response was to click on the dispute within 5 days or the seller will be paid. But my account still says waiting for delivery action so does not enable me to dispute. I want ALL my money back asap as this is beyond stressful. Very rude and bad customer service.
