My I and my family were due to go to Romney Sands on 221021. I booked through Breakfree. I paid directly to Parkdean and Breakfree canceled the break as should have been paid to them. Since 5th October I have been trying to get my money back. I rang Romney Sands directly 3 times and Amy who said her name was spoken to the manager and she was going to chase up with accounts and ring me back. 3 days later I rang back to be told no Amy works there but she said she was the lady I spoke to so why not give correct name she then said that her manager was away and there is nothing they can do so ring Customer Services which I have been doing nearly every day for the past 2 weeks. They have emailed me for more information which I have sent to them. They then promise to ring you back and do not. At one point customer services even said that I was refunded on 6th October so I sent them my bank statement and they could see I had not been refunded. All I want is the £214.00 refunded.
