Reebok — Needs to help cover the repair costs

Order RB020010776 Article # H47521 I ordered the bag and on the day it arrived, I took it out of the packaging to look at it. The “plastic” clip bumped the screen of my school computer and it cracked. It was a minor encounter between the bag and screen that I would not expect to destroy a computer. I contacted customer care via ******** chat was the response was the bag didn’t break the computer and I could return the goods I purchased. After going back and forth, I was offered a $25 gift card. This is not an acceptable resolution.My school computer screen is destroyed! I can’t do my homework effectively without a clear monitor. This is a lightweight, cloth bag and it looks like I slammed my PC on the floor. I am concerned that the clip they use on the bag is dangerous. There is no way in my opinion the incident and damage caused are normal. This should not have happened and it is going to cost me $200 to have the screen replaced or I have to buy a new computer. I would like Reebok to help cover the repair costs.I have a work computer, school and personal computer and none of them have been damaged in my day-to-day use for YEARS. The clip came in contact with the screen on the upper left side. I am not looking for any money to be sent to me directly and would happily have Reebok pay the repair company directly.
