RedRobin.com — Waited over 45 minutes

On 3/18/2020 I ordered food to go from my local Red Robin on 1986 Medical Center Parkway, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129. When I arrived I was one of over 9 cars waiting on their to go orders. I waited over 45 minutes and finally told them to cancel my order that I would have to go somewhere else to eat. I was told and provided with a receipt that showed my order was cancelled and the $62.05 was to be funded back onto the card I paid from. As of tonight, that has not happened. The manager would not talk to me and the restaurant in general was a sinking ship that night. I called your corporate and talked to a lady in guest services who assured me that my order was cancelled. My question is, when might I get the monies back on my card?? I am not asking for anything unreasonable. am I???
